Ash Shore R1/T1/S4: Spring Fling

Rhythm 1/Turning 1/Season 4

A/N: This was supposed to just be Kiera’s birthday party but since it was the first day of spring and I have been sick to death of most of them looking the same this whole time I took advantage of the season change to give them all makeovers.  The party lasted close to 20 hours and I took almost 100 screenshots.  I widdled it down but it’s still going to be a lot.  I’ll try not to caption many to keep the word count down and hopefully, you can figure out who’s who on your own!

Before the party started Brock headed over to Enzo and Sierra’s camp to bring the trees.  (Let us not question how he uprooted ~16 trees to bring them there!)

No sooner had Kiera put the candles on the cake than Vaughn’s cat Yasmin hopped onto the table for a bite!

Glutton Kenneth didn’t seem to mind but I think Yasmin was put off by Kenneth’s shoving the food in his mouth!

Butter got a new outfit too when his daddy’s got theirs!

Shari and Darrell showed up with Rylee and then promptly left.

*sigh*  Yes, I know.  I have a problem.  I really did cut out most of the pics of them standing or sitting next to each other not talking… which they didn’t.  Not once.

They both look so different as young adults!  I actually really miss them being teens.

Brooding.  He’s always brooding.  Actually, he was very social through most of the party.

I didn’t change Naomi’s dress because she’d just gotten it but I wish I had because it looks weird from the front when she’s sitting.

Ah, there’s the Kiera glare we know and love.

I think this may be a teen rite of passage or something.

Oddly, Kiera doesn’t look as weird as the 2 pre-teen boys have.  Which I’m not complaining about of course!

This is the lady that is now the step-mom of the new kid Nate!  Her name is Kamryn and this is the first time I’ve ever seen her except walking by.

I had it paused and saw Erick like this.  He wasn’t talking to anyone!

So, I see Elsa watching Mack all smiles…

I look a little later and she’s still watching him!  Ohmygosh Mack go say hi to your girlfriend!

Our next ship!  Drake and Kiera!  I had her talk to him until they became best friends since I doubt I’ll play her family much.

I was thinking Tanya and Summer would get along well they have very similar personalities.

This was one of those weird completely-not-lined up interactions but it looked so cool.  At first I wasn’t sure if I liked the hair but I’ve warmed up to it now.

It seems that Shari is getting out of her comfort zone and returned to the party.  She’s a total loner which is one of the many reasons it didn’t work with Darrell.

I know what you’re thinking… ohmygosh she’s going to moon over these two now.  Yea, most likely I will and any others that have high chemistry.  This is so much more fun than letting MC Command Center fix up everyone or getting sims off of the gallery or wherever and picking the best looking ones.

As you can see, the party lasted until dawn!  Just as I was ending the gathering and about to send them home Kenneth began yelling at Brock about house rules.  Yikes.

Hooray!  I managed not to type up a book!  Sorry if you couldn’t figure out who was who.  I had a hard time myself when the party first started too!  I spend half a day on their mini-makeovers!  And that was just one everyday outfit… other than Tobias who as you saw I aged up.  I usually wait until halfway through the “day” but decided to just go ahead and do his now.  Kind of like I waited to do Enzo’s a bit so he’d be a teen… it’s very confusing to explain anything because the time-period makes no sense!  A “day” is however many sim days it takes to play whoever I’m playing that round.  So if there’s six I do the aging and heights of the unplayed kids after the third.  I waited until after the 5th I think for Enzo and I did Tobias the day of the 1st.  Yea, I doubt that makes sense.  Which is why I never mention days in chapters.
