Rhythm 1/Turning1/Season 3
Everyone was ready to burst with energy following the quadruple weddings! That’s a long time to just sit! I’m hoping that this bit of romance between Mack and Elsa is a sign of them taking things further soon. Although, I’m not sure how everyone will feel about sitting through yet another marriage!
All of the kids were excited about their fancy clothes. Layla gloated a bit that it was her brother that got married. Within this small group of kids, there are two with extremely high chemistry. Not as high as our Enzo and Tobias but much higher than most of the matched pairs so far. But, we have plenty of time to see if anything comes of that!
Like Layla, Kiera and Efrain bragged about their brother and sister getting married that day.
Dylan had Judy and Aimee giggling at stories of the fiasco of a wedding she’d had with Lucia.
And poor Naomi looked heartbroken that there was still no one for her.
Abbey seemed a bit taken aback that Bryanna hadn’t mentioned to Brock that she has no desire for children. Brock didn’t seem to mind.
As Layla described the wedding and the baby soon to come Skylar seemed disgusted and swore it would never be her! Little Darren said he would and Scarlett was unsure. Only time will tell with the kiddos!
When Dean came over to check on the kids Layla beamed with pride of her big brother.
Nobody seemed to mind Brock and Bryanna’s impromptu makeout session in the middle of the crowd. Except maybe her mother!
A few sweet moments between Tanya and now young adult Stephon. Her birthday is soon after this. Lots of parties in Ash Shore that’s for sure. Poor Naomi seemed even more crestfallen to see the young lovers.
Scarlett sat glaring and Aimee and Zion seemed to be hoping she’d just leave.
Finally, her mom Lucia came to intercede.
Cake was served (let us not question where it came from) and the sims all showed off how very frustrating these benches can be when I was trying to get them to sit facing front!
Kiera embarrassed Kenneth by throwing one of her fits.
Cecilia bragged to any that would listen…
About her own extravagant wedding to Tanya’s grandpa. She told tales of carriages and doves which no one seemed to believe.
Everett serenaded Drew which seemed to please him. Cecilia was back in her memories and Kenneth didn’t seem to know what to think! Not a romantic at all that guy!
Mack had little Kyra cracking up. I think he’ll be a good dad someday. Sophia seems happy to see her little daughter so happy.
Layla gets into a bit of mischief… you’ll ruin your pretty dress!
And that’s the cue to end this part of the celebrations. Our pregnant mommy needs some rest.
She changed into something comfy.
And they all went to the supply area to get a cradle for when the baby arrives. Thankfully, there were some in the shipment, they just hadn’t been taken out of the crates since there were no babies on the way at the time!
Aimee and Zion get her woodworking bench set up and it looks like Ragtime is a bit more amenable to her presence in the camp.
No worries Ragtime. I’m sure you’ll be the center of attention… at least until dog lover Aimee gets her way!
As the sun was setting there was a lot of romance between Everett and Drew. Butter seems pleased with having not one but two cat lovers to dote on him.
I have no idea why but the game decided that Dean and Judy weren’t even boyfriend and girlfriend let alone engaged! It also popped up when Drew and Everett kissed during their ceremony that they were each having their first kiss! What?
Everett was a bit distracted by thoughts of his cat.
Layla and Sierra share their love of dogs.
And Drew answered the question I’ve had since I realized how many same-sex couples I could possibly have in Ash Shore! My next question is how do I handle the adoptions? I guess we’ll see!
A/N: You may have noticed there was no “settling down” pic of Brock and Bryanna. I’m not exactly sure if I want to play them on a steady basis anymore. With splitting the rotation of six into so many more I’m trying to decide how I want to go about this.
Also, there is one more bit from this day that you’ve yet to see. I had to hold back quite a few pics for it so you have that to look forward to.
