Rhythm 1/Turning 1/Season 2
I’m sure you’d already guessed that Dean made his way to the girl’s camp with his vegetables to give to Naomi to pickle. Sadly, there wasn’t enough of any of them to do even one jar!
Judy was by the garden and he went over to chat. They started flirting immediately.
As with the guys, I decided to just go ahead with the first kiss since it was available.
And oh my did they take over from there!
The other girls were driving me nuts interrupting their conversation so I sent them both off for a jog.
Naomi cooked up some stew and Dean’s sister Layla showed up.
Why is this not vegetarian?
Hehe… at least nobody seems to notice the tent action. Unlike the closet woohoo where all nearby sims react creepily.
I figured might as well right? I was hoping for a boyfriend whim.
It hadn’t even occurred to me until the others had left for home and she was about to that there are harvestable wild fruits here!
Jam making by lantern light!
Oh yikes. It looks like Sophia does not approve of Kyra making fun of adults!
Everyone was hungry so they headed right to the park. (That cooler is stuck back there! I can’t delete it!) Note from the future: That stuck cooler was awesome because everyone could put in and take out fish to cook! I dearly miss it.
Everybody showed up for school and Kyra hung out with Layla.
I left out the vampire tome by accident when hiding away the other skill books that they were obsessively reading and then putting down.
She is just so adorable! Also, is that a tomato in the dollhouse?
Back home, Dorothy is enjoying the little pond by her new home. Kenneth must have been keeping this fishing spot a secret!
Sophia worked on learning more about animal medicine while Kyra filled the pet bowl and waited for some strays to appear.
I love these toys! Dorothy fished it up!
Ah, there they are! The strays can’t resist food. Kyra begins introducing herself to them.
Awe such a good kitty! I think its nickname is Rainbow?
I suppose Kyra will have some responsibility for feeding and cleaning up after these strays!
Oh goodness! Look at Kyra’s eyes! That mastiff does not seem to approve.
Geeze. I tried to get Sophia to shoo him away but he wouldn’t leave!
After chatting with this pup for a bit Kyra was exhausted and headed to the tent.
And Sophia did a little training with the grumpy/dirty dog.
Although, I don’t think I’ll ever warm up to him.
Oh my. Perhaps more bowls are in order.
I decided to search the nearby beach to see if I could spot the dog I’m really interested in training and noticed Elsa’s pup, Khaled!
A chorus of angels sing! It is Fish. The pup I liked and was sad I didn’t have them adopt last time!
Grr! Darned lazy sims. Any other sim would have run there but no she slowly strolled to Fish.
And by the time she’d almost gotten to him he was leaving!
Thankfully, she was able to get his attention and adopt him!
Off to home with you!
One of the reasons I like Fish so much is that Fish is my favorite character in the movie Box Trolls.
Kyra woke in terrible need of the pee bush as well as food. The other two were still quite tired but Kyra had gone to sleep early so I hesitated to wake them. I have no idea why I didn’t bring their food home. Thankfully, Dorothy had some berries she must have caught fishing!
And then she got to know Fish! I hesitate to say “new household member” because technically they are to be training animals for future adoptions!
I decided to split the pics of the guys up between this chapter and the next because if I put them all the chapter would be too long. These are just random ones from the park that morning… Drew had harvested more herbs and evolved some and now was very uncomfortable thanks to the poison fireleaf.
The only remedy he had enough ingredients for was the soothing skin balm! It made him feel a little better but not as well as I’d hoped.
Some of the kids arrived for school. I’d decided to try out having no tasks at all and just let them choose their own. It seemed to work okay. At least they weren’t all frantically concentrating on one thing anymore.
Seems Tobias is feeling sad. I highly recommend slipping journals into all child/teen’s inventories. Even the unplayed ones. Those journals really are great.
Stephon stands nearby supervising Darren on the monkey bars. He’s still very little!
Meanwhile, Darren’s older sister Skylar digs through the trash. I had to move the bin away from the main area because the not-so-neat sims doing this always leave a pile of trash that upsets the poor neat sims!
And Darren and Skylar’s other sister Scarlett perched on the monkey bars with Keira chatting. So cute!
